You get emails first, then a pause. You never get an overage invoice.

Events and errors have separate budgets. A week of errors cannot use up your events.
A bug stuck in a loop
Say one error repeats 2,000,000 times in 4 hours. Vinktar counts every repeat and charges 1,000 an hour against your plan.

Questions
How do I move to a paid plan?
From settings, whenever you like. Sign up on Free, which needs no card, then pick Starter or Pro. Business is set up by hand. Write to john@vinktar.com and we arrange it by email.
What counts as an agent request?
A call your coding agent makes for data. Most calls cost one unit, and a few that run several reads cost more. Setup never counts. That covers the install guide, your keys, checking what arrived, defining events and writing notes. A call that fails is not counted. At the allowance your agent is told what it used, and requests resume on the first of the month. Nothing is charged, and your own use of the app is unaffected. Vinktar runs no model, so nothing is billed per call. See every tool and its units.
What happens when I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing changes until the paid period ends. Then the new plan applies. History outside its window is kept for 30 days, and upgrading again in that time brings it back. Cancelling moves the workspace to Free.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your account and your data. Vinktar never deletes either for non-payment, and you are not locked out.
How do I leave?
Remove the SDK from your code. That is one package and the calls to it. Any board panel exports its result as CSV. There is no bulk export of raw events.
Is another tool cheaper for errors alone?
