pricing

Both jobs, one price, and a ceiling on it.

Error tracking and product analytics are in every tier, each with its own budget, so a week of noisy errors cannot spend the analytics you are paying for. The price on the tier is the bill, whatever the month does.

Billed monthly, cancel any time. Caps are fair-use soft caps, not meters. Error occurrences are the raw stack traces behind an issue; issue history and counts keep the full history window. Business: set up by hand, not through checkout.

on_every_tier

Nothing is gated behind the price.

  • Unlimited seats
  • Unlimited projects
  • Error tracking included, with its own budget
  • Alerting on every tier — email, webhook, Slack
  • SQL editor over your raw events
  • Sentry-compatible DSN ingest

what_happens_at_the_cap

One ladder, and it ends in a throttle.

Not a meter with a friendlier name. Here is every step between a quiet month and the worst month you will ever have.

  1. 80% · 100% · 110%

An email to the workspace owner. Nothing throttles, nothing drops.

  2. 2× the cap

Ingest pauses with a 429 and a Retry-After. Dashboards, alerts and history keep working.

  3. never

An overage invoice. The price on the tier is the bill, whatever the month does.

first_ten_customers

No founding discount. A written commitment instead.

A cut price would undercut the one claim this whole page rests on. So the first ten customers get the thing a cut price cannot buy: an answer to the question you actually have about a one-person vendor.

  • Price locked for 24 months.
  • The exit is published before you arrive: one DSN line back out, plus a one-click export.
  • A direct founder email, answered the same day.

the_small_print

The parts most pricing pages leave out.

If you only need one of the two

Under roughly 425,000 errors a month, Sentry's metered price comes in under our flat one, and Better Stack is cheaper than Starter across its whole error quota. Under about 1M events a month, PostHog's free tier covers you and includes session replay and feature flags we do not have. These tiers are priced for teams running both jobs at real volume; below that band somebody else is the better buy, and we would rather you knew before the invoice than after. The comparison pages take each of them in turn.

Downgrades and cancellation

Downgrades apply at the end of the paid period, and out-of-window history is kept for a 30-day grace window: re-upgrade and it reappears. Cancelling decays the workspace to the free tier.

Non-payment

Accounts and data are never deleted for non-payment. No lockouts, no data hostage.

Leaving

We publish how to leave before you arrive: the DSN points back in one line, because we accept the Sentry protocol and the SDK in your codebase was never ours to hold.

Check the arithmetic yourself

The calculator prices your real month here and at PostHog, Sentry and Better Stack, and will tell you when one of them is the better buy.

The first three months

Every new workspace starts on Starter, free for three months. Add a card before it ends and the plan simply continues; otherwise it moves to Free.
